U.I.B.E.A.M.

is the global communities’ unabated willingness to share information, rewards, and power with people of color to inspire taking initiative through constructive decision making efforts..Our goal is to increase and promote strength-oriented perceptions thus increasing the degree of autonomy and self-determination in people of color to better enable representation of our interests in a responsible and self-determined way, acting on our own authority.

is based on the idea of providing people of color the benefit of fairness, skills, resources, authority, opportunity, motivation, as well holding people of color responsible and accountable for outcomes of our actions, that will contribute to our personal / global value, marketable competence with mutually satisfying societal contributions.
